We ship orders as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as you can. If the order has not yet shipped, we can submit a cancellation request to our finance team. Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is complete.

If the order has already shipped, including when a shipping label has been created, it can no longer be canceled, changed, or edited.
