We ship orders as quickly as possible - to cancel an order, simply reach out to us with your request if your order has not yet shipped. We will submit your cancellation request to our finance team who will then process your refund within a 1-2 days and send you an email confirmation once it is completed.

If you made your purchase using an installment plan through Shop Pay Installments or Afterpay, your refund will be processed within an additional 1-2 days. Any payments already made will be refunded and any pending payments will be canceled. You will receive an email from Shop Pay or Afterpay with details about their refund procedure.
