If you receive your product with a broken seal or damaged packaging, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. It is possible that the seal may have come undone during transit, be sure to check the box to make sure everything is operational. Should you have an issue, please take the following steps:
- Do not discard the original packaging.
- Inspect the product and its contents carefully for any signs of damage, missing items, or signs of use.
- Take pictures of the box, the seal, and the contents of the product.
- Send the photos to our customer service team, including details about any potential issues you've noticed.
