What is RevAir's Shipping Policy?Updated an hour ago

We always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible! 

Due to the holiday increased order volume, please allow up to 7 business days processing time for your order to be shipped once placed. 

As of 12/9/, RevAir cannot guarantee delivery by 12/24 for any new orders placed.

RevAir shipments are processed Monday – Friday (no Saturday or Sunday shipping). 

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

🇺🇸 United States: Orders of $200+ ship within the contiguous United States ship for a flat rate of $14.95. Orders under $200 ship for a flat rate of $5.95.

Orders shipping to Alaska & Hawaii: All orders over $50 will ship with a flat rate of $50. Orders under $50 will ship with a flat rate of $20. 

🇨🇦 Canada: All orders over $50 will ship with a flat rate of $50. Orders under $50 will ship with a flat rate of $20. Additional duties and taxes will apply and are non-refundable.

RevAir is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.  It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. RevAir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Our Customer Support team will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.

RevAir only ships to the US and Canada due to the legal usage approvals of the RevAir device. Removing the device from the US and Canada voids all warranty and return policies. 

All shipments originate from Macedonia, Ohio (44056). Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking confirmation allowing you to follow your delivery electronically. Click HERE to print out a Gift Message in the event your RevAir purchase is a gift and won't make it in time.

FedEx Transit Times

**Please note that FedEx is experiencing delays of up to 10 business days on shipments due to weather and increased package volume. They are actively working to improve on this timing but please note that if tracking takes several days to update, it is due to the FedEx delays and tracking should update within a few days.  Feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any questions on this. 

The map above designates FedEx estimated transit times* once your package is picked up from our Macedonia, Ohio facility [⭐️]. Please look for your FedEx tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to determine your estimated delivery date. FedEx delivers 7 days per week to residential addresses in most of the US. 

Please note: During the busy holiday season, it can take up to 72 business hours for your tracking number to become active once received. *estimated transit times may vary
