Why is my tracking delayed?Updated a month ago

Current Processing Times

Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be processed. During the busy holiday season, it may take up to 72 business hours for your tracking number to become active after the shipping label is created and your package is sent out.

Shipping Delays with FedEx

Once your package is on its way, please note that FedEx is currently experiencing delays of up to 10 business days due to weather conditions and increased holiday package volume. If your tracking information does not update immediately, rest assured it should reflect the latest status within a few days. FedEx is actively working to minimize these delays.
