To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or using our self-service portal in the chat, or on the support page.
Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message. Cancelations are processed manually by the support team, and we will reply confirming the cancelation if successful.
Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped.
