30-Day Own It Love It Guarantee
We want you to feel really good about choosing RevAir.
If you’re not in love with your device, you can request a return for a hassle-free refund.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Should you choose to return your product, please follow the process below:
- Submit your return request through our Return Portal here.
- Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery. Orders outside this window are not eligible for return.
- Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and respond via email within 1 business day - either with an approval and next steps, or a quick follow-up if we need more info.
After Approval
If your return is approved, you'll receive an email with:
Prepaid FedEx shipping label
RMA number
Packing slip (include this inside your box)
Important: Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your package near the shipping label.
Before You Ship
Package your RevAir device back using the original packaging to ensure safe delivery
Ensure your unit is clean, fully functional, and includes all components.
RevAir reserves the right to evaluate all returns for damage
Using anything other than the original packaging may result in damage during transit and a deduction from your refund
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent when the refund is processed.
A $20 return handling fee will be deducted from all refunds
Original shipping charges are non-refundable (including $75 Alaska, Hawaii & $50 Canadian shipping charges + taxes and duties**)

No returns are accepted after 30 days. Removing the device from the US or Canada voids all return and support policies.
*For Shop Pay Monthly Installment purchases, paid interest is the cost of borrowing, and is not refundable.
** Canadian taxes and duties will be refunded by the Canadian Casual Refund Centre. In the event you elect to exercise our Own It, Love It guarantee, you will need to request a reimbursement or adjustment of duties (if applicable) and taxes for non-commercial goods. Complete Form B2G CBSA, Informal Adjustment Request Form, and mail it along with the required supporting documentation to the appropriate Casual Refund Centre, as specified on the form.
