If you’re not in love with your device, you can request a return for a hassle-free refund.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Should you choose to return your product purchased in the UK, please follow the process below:  

• For orders placed on myrevair.com, submit your return request through our Return Portal here.
  • Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery. Orders outside this window are not eligible for return.
• Once you submit your request, you will receive a prepaid return label and return instructions via email within a few moments. 

Once your return is approved, you'll receive an email with:

• Prepaid return shipping label
  

• RMA number

• Packing slip (include this inside your box)

Important: Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your package near the shipping label.

Before You Ship

• Package your RevAir device back using the original packaging to ensure safe delivery
  

• Ensure your unit is clean, fully functional, and includes all components.

  • RevAir reserves the right to evaluate all returns for damage

• Using anything other than the original packaging may result in damage during transit and a deduction from your refund
  
  

Refund Timing

• Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
  

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent when the refund is processed.
  

• A return handling fee will be deducted from all refunds

No returns are accepted after 30 days. 

The UK RevAir may be used in European Union countries with a standard 230V/50Hz electrical supply when connected using an appropriate plug adapter.

Use only a properly rated plug adapter suitable for the RevAir's electrical requirements, NOT a converter. A plug adapter changes the physical plug connection only and does not convert voltage. 

Please note that while you can choose to travel with your device, our warranty and return policies offer coverage and shipping within the UK only.
