RevAir Haircare & Accessory Return Policy: 30 Day GuaranteeUpdated 3 months ago

We want you to be in LOVE with your RevAir products. If within 30 days of receipt, you don’t love your RevAir hair care or accessory product enough to want to own it, reach out to our team to start a return and receive the return shipping address. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs on hair care and accessory items. 

How does it work?

Should you choose to return your RevAir products:

  • Reach out to RevAir Support to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    • Live chat: Click the chat bubble at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen
    • Call us: (440) 461-6100 
  • An Advisor will provide you with the RMA and our return shipping address 
    • You are responsible for the return shipping cost
    • Your RMA # will be valid for 30 days, please return products as soon as possible
  • Ship the product(s) back to the address provided, with the RMA # written clearly on the outside of the box to identify your return. 
    • Be sure to package your products carefully to avoid damage in transit.
    • We recommend providing your return tracking information to our support team, if possible
  • Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed* back to the original method of payment**.
    • *Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. 
    • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been completed. 

No returns are accepted after 30 days.  

** Canadian taxes will be refunded by the Canadian Casual Refund Centre. In the event you elect to exercise our Own It, Love It guarantee, you will need to request a reimbursement or adjustment of duties (if applicable) and taxes for non-commercial goods. Complete Form B2G CBSA, Informal Adjustment Request Form, and mail it along with the required supporting documentation to the appropriate Casual Refund Centre, as specified on the form.
