Why isn't my RevAir powering on?Updated a year ago

No power? 

This is classified by the lighted screen not powering on when the device is switched on and plugged in, and not displaying the H-E-L-L-O sequence or the current tension setting. 

No power to your device can be fixed by checking the ALCI unit on your RevAir device.

ALCI safety feature:

1. Plug your device into the wall outlet
2. Turn on (-) Power Button that can be found on the back of the Base.
3. Test and reset the ALCI module on the end of the power cord.
   1. First press the yellow TEST > then red RESET
